So if anyone has ever been in the presence of me and a Canadian, you would have noticed me making fun of those Moose-jockeys, beaver tossers and “eh” sayers. That was up until I tried poutine.
Poutine is a appetizer like dish that consists of french fries gravy and cheese curds, sometimes known as squeakers, Kinda sounds weird doesn’t it? Well, it isnt it is absoluteley delicious most closely related to one of those carb frenzy potato bowls from KFC except without the corn and chicken.
I was bored and decided to craft my own poutine out of KFC and taco bell materials
Start with a bowl, any bowl will do.
empty a medium box of potato wedges into the bowl
pour KFC gravy evenly over potato wedges
drizzle Nacho Cheese (2 of their little cups works better i used only one though) over gravy and wedges.
grab a fork and go at it, you will immediately be delivered to strange cultural food heaven.
